MOBILE HOME AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE SHOWS
Although it took away from my view of myself as the successful tour manager and concert impresario I did score for a lucrative three year contract to provide management for the Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle shows in the Seattle Coliseum, Puyallup fairgrounds, and Evergreen State fairgrounds at Monroe.
I needed reliable income to support my family. I had four kids, had just lost most all my money on the ill-fated Garrett Aattractions Corporation start up in the Midwest and I needed revenue to keep us afloat. I was well-qualified to manage and market the MHRV events so, although it was a was a blow to my show business ego, the MHRV show revenue was just what I needed at the time.
