THE CONSULTING YEARS

I started Media Consultants Corporation in 1978 after working as a consultant for a few years on concert and show business related projects. I produced shows for the Paramount Theater in Seattle, managed a tour across Canada for Hurok Concerts and oversaw another tour for Dave Brubeck which included a concert for the Seattle Opera. I developed and produced trade shows and wrote management manuals for two theater groups.

Although MCC has always been based in Seattle, I have taken on projects for clients in the western United States, the Midwest and Florida. My client list varied from season to season but over the years I administered programs for the Oregon Coast Advertising Association, Sun Valley Advertising Cooperative, Deer Valley Lodging, Premier Resorts, Tolovana Inn, Resort Qwest, Sun River Resort, The Olympic Peninsula Advertising Cooperative, Mt. Bachelor and the Grays Harbor Advertising Cooperative.
